I bought my car in January 2024.
First - there was a delay with delivery due to an issue with one of the wheels - Which they said they will sort out before delivering the car. (Which they refused to give details about and presented issues later).
When I got the car, after it's been cleaned by Valet, there was mold and old food found in the back center console.

After about 2 months of driving the car, I noticed a wobble when slowing down to stop or when I drive on the motorway at 100km ph. I contacted Shane as I know there was an issue with one of the wheels - they never said exactly what the issue was to this day. Shane advised "it's probably just a balancing issue" and offered to get it looked at. I said it would be nice, because I drive my children around. It's been over 4 weeks since I confirmed what my availability was to get this issue fixed and I have not heard anything back.
There has just been empty promises made and no resolutions or action. Doubt I will be returning or advising anyone to buy there. They don't care once the sale is made

Well lads what can i say other than excellent customer service from start to finish. I have been dealing with James from the Limerick branch and what a genuine gentleman. I needed to replace my old car ASAP so left a query which James came back to me very quickly with, I explained my situation and from there James looked after everything, next day collect my new car and was delighted with everything. Had one small issue which I reported back to James who instructed me to return the car for it to be sorted and gave me a loan car with a full tank of diesel with no hesitation. Definitely will be recommending to friends and family!!!!!!

I bought a 2005 VW Golf from Gary and he was so lovely throughout the whole process, he even delivered the car to me and that was a long journey! The car was and still is in perfect condition, a great starter car, the only problem I had was that the battery for it was too small but that was easily replaced with my mechanic. I’m very grateful for everything he did, and I’d definitely recommend people to buy from the business.

Bought a 2009 Ford Focus from N81 cars, said I’d wait a month to see how everything is. The car is amazing, drives great, no bumps or knocks anywhere and a set of new brakes. The car is clean every where and the head lamps aren’t frosty. Can’t wrong the car in anyway. Gary was also exceptional and answered any question. There was no way to haggle the price with him as there wasn’t a single fault. Gary also was sincere and let me know of an issue with the Ford bonnet latch for the model and offered to have it replaced for me, however I declined as i wasn’t looking to have it broken again. He gave me a screwdriver and showed me how to use it.

Bought an Opel Astra from Gary and love it. Gary was extremely helpful and knowledgable when I was shopping for the car. After I bought it, he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. When I got the car home, I had a minor issue with one of the radiator pipes and he took care of everything and even regularly followed up to make sure everything was ok. Couldn’t recommend him more - an honest, genuine, decent guy.

Very Disappointed with the service! We didn't even negotiate the price and it was a huge deal to get them to deliver the jeep.  I had to drive 2.5 hours (one way) to collect it. The ignorance of the man that I met at the location was shocking along with the smell and dirt of the jeep was a disgrace! Two weeks later and I'm still waiting for an email about my warranty. I have text Paul twice reminding him about it but still nothing. This company does NOT provide a nation wide service!! Would not recommend anyone to purchase from this company!!
